Seeking Auction Donations and Sponsors

CARIE’s 35th anniversary cocktail party and auction will take place on May 9, 2012 at the World Cafe Live.  CARIE needs both donated items to auction as well as sponsorships for this fundraising event.  Three levels of sponsorships are available.  Please return the sponsor reply form by March 9, 2012 to be listed on the printed invitations and by May 2 to be included in all other printed materials.  To donate an item for our auction, please complete and send this form to our “Event Coordinator.”  Thank you for your support!
